The Stolen Voices (Behind the Scenes - S01E05 “Sing for Me”)
Second part of the big epic fight of episode 5 against the twins and the Dragon. (I’ve already posted first part previously. This fight was split up in two post to make it easier to watch. Here’s part 1).
It’s the first time we see Iris do a very powerful spell on her own (”Crystal Exitus”), powerful enough to punch a dragon and destroy a mountain.
And even though it’s very short, we also see Gramorr doing something else beside yelling : grabbing the dragon head and smashing it like it is nothing.
What we wanted to convey was the feeling that while Iris is growing, she still has a long way to go and Gramorr musn’t be taken lightly.
And as always with storyboard shots, you can try to find what made its way to the final episode, and find out what else was changed / removed. ;)
